This took place during the Covid quarantine. My kiln wasn’t getting up to temp. Mike had me do some tests and give him some info off of the kiln's computer. During that hour phone call, I learned more about my kiln than I had ever known. Mike was able to figure out where the dysfunction was. He sent me the piece after making sure it would be compatible with my kiln. Once I received the part, mike talked me through every step of taking out the damaged part and installing the new one. His patience, expertise, kindness, and smarts, helped me to successfully install the part. It took an hour or so of back and forth texts and phone calls. Mike is an absolute lifesaver and I couldn’t imagine going to anyone else.
