e28M-3 Pottery Kiln

The e28M-3 combines the 28" wide chamber with medium height, creating one of the highest-capacity Easy-Fire kilns available. This is the model we recommend for busy studios, community art centers, and potters who fire frequently and need to maximize the amount of work they get through each cycle. The wide diameter handles large platters and bowls, while the medium height provides room for multiple shelf loads of smaller pieces.
The e28M-3 is rated for cone 10 for residential 240v-1ph installation, so it is the perfect mid-fire workhorse for your home studio. It is rated for cone 8 at 208v-1ph installation, so it is the perfect medium-large format kiln for K-12 schools seeking to low-fire with the ability to experiment with cone 5-6 mid fire. Cone 10 for all 3 phase models. At this size, two-zone dynamic control becomes especially valuable — the Genesis 2.0 controller continuously monitors and adjusts the top and bottom zones independently to maintain temperature uniformity.
